Aurora 1980 Gold Savings Plan Agreement

1. Investment Terms: The Gold Savings Plan allows flexible contributions with a minimum initial deposit of $100. Recurring contributions can be weekly ($25 minimum), monthly ($100 minimum), or quarterly ($300 minimum).

2. Storage & Security: All gold purchases are stored in LBMA-certified vaults with full insurance coverage. Storage fees are included in the management fee structure.

3. Liquidity: You may liquidate your holdings at any time with 24-hour notice. Buyback prices are based on current market rates minus applicable fees.

4. Fees: Management fee of 0.75% annually, calculated monthly. No additional storage or insurance fees. Early withdrawal within 90 days incurs a 1% fee.

5. Market Risk: Gold prices fluctuate based on market conditions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You may lose money.

6. Regulatory Compliance: This investment is subject to anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements. We may request additional documentation.
